Vice President – Finance

A graduate of Ryerson University’s Business Management School, Ed earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting & Finance and holds a CPA, CMA designation. He began his career at Symbol Technologies, an NYSE listed company, where he progressively took on increasing responsibility in both Canadian and Global business markets, and was appointed Vice President of Canadian operations in 2002. During his time at Symbol, he was involved in a global system implementation (SAP), implementation of Sarbanes Oxley compliance requirements and the integration of multiple acquisitions prior to the purchase of Symbol by Motorola. After holding several senior level positions with the Motorola Solutions division, Ed went on to lead operations, sales finance and bid management teams with Avaya Canada.

Reporting directly to the CEO, Ed is a key member of the senior leadership team and an integral part of building the financial infrastructure, controls and compliance requirements to support and scale Kallo Inc.’s business.
