John Cecil

With a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, a Master of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering and Medicine, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Equipment Technology. John is an innovator in healthcare technologies and delivery of medical services. He invented the technology and procedure behind depth-of-anesthesia monitoring and non-invasive blood group testing, and was part of the team of scientists that developed the ElectroHydraulic Shockwave Lithotripter (ESWL) and Transurethral Microwave Therapy systems (TUMT). John has four copyright and patented healthcare technologies registered with Canadian Intellectual Property Office.

John has a distinguished career with major corporations such as GE Healthcare, Sun microsystems, Technomed International, Advance Medical Systems in India, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and France, holding such positions as Vice President, Director and Research & Development Scientist.

John received a Global recognition, "2015 North American Healthcare Innovation through Integrated Healthcare Services Emerging Market Innovation Award” And in 2019 he spoke at the United Nations General Assembly Health Partnership conference as a special speaker on “Building Sustainable Healthcare Ecosystem in developing countries".

A member of JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare), Led JCI (Joint Commission International) as a global initiative to promote medical tourism in Asia.

Since 2009, John has devoted his efforts exclusively to the development of a series of breakthrough healthcare technologies leading to the launch of Kallo Inc.

John is a member of the Institution of Corporate Directors – Canada.
