Worldwide Compatibility

HL7 Compliant
EMCURx is fully Health Level 7 compliant utilizing a the utilization of standard interface to practice management systems and other applications within your practice.

HIPAA Compliant Log
EMCURx individual patient activity log keeps track of staff activity on all files and documents. The log displays staff print, fax, edit, form add, task, message, copying and other activities, so you will always have a record of who did what, when, where, and how while working with a patient file.

Imaging Module
EMCURx has its own imaging module to allow the scanning of any paper documentation related to the patient directly into the appropriate sections of the patient file for immediate access. These scanned documents can be reviewed and edited as desired, routed internally, faxed, or emailed.

PACS Support for Storing Image Files
Drag and drop images from Radiology labs or devices (such as X-Ray, MRI, Ultra-sound, Endoscopy cameras, etc.) straight into a patient’s record. Then size, manipulate, write with ink or type for reference or notation.

Record Requisition Fulfillment
A very tedious and time consuming task for staff in Medical Records management is the fulfillment of Record Request under subpoena or by claims adjusters. EMCURx allows you to extract encrypted and password protected pages, or the entire paitent record so it may be emailed as a single file or fax. You may fill a third party request for a patient record while you are still on the phone with them!
