Lloyd Chiotti

Member of the Board of Directors

For 35 years, Lloyd had a successful career working for Enbridge Gas Distribution (formerly The Consumers Gas Company), holding numerous senior management positions. In 2006, he joined the Engineering department as Director of the Asset Management Strategy and was promoted to Senior Director in 2010. In these roles he improved the gas distribution system to be consistent with international standards and helped create a comprehensive methodology to develop risk based, long range asset management plans. He directed the development of the first two annual iterations of Enbridge Gas Distribution’s 10 year asset plan and led the development of a comprehensive distribution records management program which incorporated GIS, GPS and LIDAR.

An active member on the Board of Kallo Inc. since September, 2011, Lloyd got more actively involved with the day to day management of the company after his retirement from Enbridge in 2013, and was appointed Executive Vice President on June 22, 2015.

Lloyd has served on numerous boards in the natural gas industry and not-for profit sector, including: Chair, Asset Management Task Force of the Canadian Gas Association; member, Distribution Working Committee of the International Gas Union; President, Alternative Computer Training for the Disabled; Chair, United Way of Peel Campaign; Chair of the Board and West Park Healthcare Centre Foundation.
